I keep seeing people saying he was not wearing a bullet proof vest which is incorrect according to multiple people including John Solomon who first reported Charlie had passed away when everyone else was saying he was stable and getting blood transfusions confirmed the bullet hit him in the chest and Ricocheted to his Neck

I dont think a bullet proof vest would bend like that simply sitting in a chair. Plus, you can clearly see his chest outline in the front.

You would see the vest under his t-shirt.

I didn't look like he had one on while he was throwing hats.

A ricochet from elevation would go down, not back upwards, right? I don't think physics supports your suggestion here at all. The plate would have to be nearly horizontal.

Yes you can see the plate from the front. There are safeguards to prevent a ricochet and I’m sure he had them.

Steel insert in carrier. Ricocheted and went up through his neck

you can literally see his nipples poking through his tee shirt - so unless he was wearing a nipple-less vest - no he wasnt.

Where exactly do you see a vest??? Soft armor, even if he was wearing a vest, doesn't ricochet nor does it spall. Only steel plates do that, and he is obviously not wearing a plate carrier.

Bullets don’t ricochet off even ceramic plates (which he is clearly not wearing).

Oh .. hm

It does kind of look like it could have hit the top part of the plate, not the front.

That would really be the only way that could make any sense.

That did not happen. It was a direct through-and-through shot.

So if it hit lower he would have been okay? Damn, that is even more depressing

If that’s a bullet proof vest, then it’s a very light one not designed to stop a 3006.
