The cdc ruined so much stuff with their rules almost all of which are illegal. DeSantis is suing them now in fed court over cdc travel restriction (see here LINK )

I deal with evictions a good bit. Mostly commercial so the CDC edict hasn't been an issue. But I've been trying to get my mind around even the conceivable basis for an agency of the executive branch of federal government telling a state or local court what to do, and really on the basis of economic policy (you could still evict people for lease breaches, just not for non payment of rent).
Without even getting to the advisability of requiring landlords to bear the costs of government shutdowns, it makes no sense from a basic Constitutional standpoint.

Anyone that refused to condemn the BLM protests and acknowledge that they contributed to the spread of the virus lost all credibility as a complete coward.
