Why in the hell would the guy vote to impeach, knowing they didn’t even have the votes to impeach? Why not represent your states voting constituents, who overwhelmingly voted for Trump? The only explanation is that he doesn’t plan on running again in 6 years. This will surely be the nail in the proverbial coffin for him politically in La!

He may have cut a deal with Dems to keep one from running against him. He’ll still get the Republican lite crowd and enough Dim votes to win.
