You’re assuming the clearinghouse is the new norm when it’s really just a temporary patch. It isn’t backed by a fed statute and it wasn’t negotiated through collective bargaining, which means it still walks and talks like a wage control scheme. That makes it a sitting duck in federal court. All it takes is one lawsuit and the whole thing will be gutted.

So the idea that this structure will shape the future is wishful thinking. It’s running on borrowed time and borrowed authority. Smart people are reading the fine print. The courts will too.

Those memories are highly contaminated by the time they are reported, by nothing else than the culture in which they occur. Most people now know what an NDE is supposed to be like, just like they know what an alien abduction is supposed to be like. This means that subjective reporting has to be taken with a grain of salt. What we need is hard evidence, and the hard evidence points to a brain phenomenon.

I get what they are saying in the article you posted. It does not explain what I experienced as a 7 year old 40 years ago. I had a long surgery and vividly recall hovering over my body during my surgery. I watched my surgery. I left my body. I wasn’t dead. But my consciousness sure the hell was out of my body. I hadn’t listened to Art Bell yet, so my mind wasn’t contaminated. Also, I discussed this with my treating physicians and parents immediately after surgery. So there is a contemporaneous record of it. Very strange.

Coonass, not even close. They fight dirty and to the death.
Many people have been killed or injured by people speeding. In fact, they should make more or an effort to get terrible drivers off the road.

This new district is a direct result of a court challenge to add a new minority district under the federal voting rights act. Even the Fifth Circuit is going to approve of this district for two reasons: 1.it complies with the voting rights act
2. It was made with political intent to harm Graves

It sure happened to me, how can I get in this racket and lower my property taxes?
This seems to be a big issue. Another issues is if someone hasn't sold their house in years. You will have very similar houses with huge spreads on the property taxes. The system is broken and unfair.
