it’s really strange that Erika hasn’t sued her yet for everything said……. hmmm…… I wonder why. She’s probably just too nice to sue, definitely above all of that.

And this is what is wrong with society today.
Let's say Erika Kirk didn't really love Charlie Kirk, and let's say she's even enjoying her newfound notoriety, and let's even say that she is enough of an opportunist to lean into maximizing his death to parlay it into greater riches for herself.
That's miles and miles and miles away from "She had him clipped on camera in the presence of thousands of witnesses and has secured enough leverage over her patsy and/or hitman that he's willing to face the death penalty rather than roll on her."
But in our conspiracy theory culture all someone (Candace) has to do is say, "Well, she benefitted," and that's enough "evidence" to convince people that it constitutes an actual reason to believe it.

Not really. They probably are happy to let Candace make a fool of herself and realize only the simplest of simpletons would buy into anything she is saying, so no need to give her more publicity. Not only for her kids. She has to put on a smile and try to stabilize tpusa. Tpusa is the 2nd biggest legacy Charlie left behind. 2nd only to his kids. She'd be viewed as extremely weak if she couldn't pull herself together to safeguard Charlie's legacies.
