He gave Miriam Adelson the Presidential Medal of Freedom and shows deference to Israel 24/7. He didn't give that medal to Thomas Sowell or someone else out there far more deserving, and American. I 100% agree with this but I am not arguing against that point. My point is, as you clearly point out, the US is 100% complicit in at least covering up this incident for political reasons. The US could have shown their "core nature" and stood up for the service members that were killed but have not.
I keep going back to the point that I was originally responding to. What I was responding to was the comment that this is incident is indicative of Israel's "core nature". Not the US. Israel. Why does the US get a pass for our "core nature" knowing full well we went along with the cover up for decades? I mean I guess the US military wasn't the one pulling the trigger here but it isn't like the country is on the right side of it. They are on the coward's side. Is the "core nature" of the US to allow the massacre of it's soldiers without making anyone responsible for it? I seriously doubt that the original commenter is saying it is the "core nature" of the US to be cowardly or complicit in this massacre committed by Israel or any of the other incidents the US is solely responsible for.
The general sentiment I saw in that original comment just had zero self awareness. I realize that is not something to be expected in a political forum but I thought I would speak up. Much like the US should have done.

He ran around with her like a puppy dog for a month straight. Everybody here got mad at me for pointing this out and said she is an American, who cares? But, every appearance had an Israel flag in the background.

There are people that have been and still are in the US government, that have dual citizenship with Israel. They do, in fact, have more allegiance to Israel than the United States.

GumboPot, if you say something, it’s important that I don’t misinterpret what you said, or take it out of context, or misrepresent it. In order to be used to make a point. How much more is it important that when God has said something we are even more careful to do likewise?
This seems to have stumped more than just them. It’s also stumped you as well, and honestly that’s fine, but I think we just need to be careful until we’ve studied the hermeneutics of it and are prepared to break it down. At this point, I don’t know will suffice, because I’m not prepared either. I believe they are the Christian church, but I’m not fully on that.

I just interpret the scripture as a warning to not take all calms of semitism at face value. Be skeptical and vigilant because there will be many satanists that will adopt semitism to fake you out. That's all.

Then there is the Khazarian conspiracy theory. The problem with this "theory" is DNA test of most modern Israelis show Eastern European ancestry. Khazars, Russian and the current Russia/Ukraine war with modern Israel are all linked. Listen to Putin in his interview with Tucker. He explains it.

Israel has a boatload of gratitude owed to the USA so I’m wondering if this was done intentionally, then why?
And our own government isn’t beyond allowing this to happen to our own for some nefarious reasons either.
