Absolutely agree. It's just crazy making to see most of the Board pretend that it wasn't a mistake.

Don’t want to seem judgmental, but you seem unreasonably hung up on this.

We have wasted so much time energy and money on a dude who none of us should give a frick about.

He deserves nothing and has no rights here.

Deporting him to his home country is exactly where he needed to go

Deporting an illegal alien to their home country is never a screw up.

We need to make a couple million more mistakes like that and forgive ourselves for them too.

Dude went to school at Vandy and then Oxford. He plays up the dumb country boy to be more relatable to conservatives. But he’s highly educated and probably intelligent.

Correct. He was a freaking Rhodes Scholar. Acting the way he does is precisely one reason he's a clown.

You want to talk about the circus antics democrat elected officials engage in to be more relatable to their voters now?

Now THAT is a good strategy. Most people think I'm pro-illegal immigration. I'm just the opposite.

The way the Alien Enemies Act is written, I think ICE could "mistakenly" determine that millions of illegal immigrants were members of TDA and the Administration could deport them TOMORROW without hearing.

I just thought having a conservative from the Judiciary Committee point out the obvious truth about Garcia’s deportation would matter to some people. NEWSFLASH: I was wrong.

This whole kerfuffle would be dead and gone if Garcia was brought back, sat in front of an immigration judge and deported again.

Well he left home because he apparently didn't want to be there.

So sure, why not.

Most won't because another immigrant somewhere else did something they're upset about

It's entertaining, but surprising to see so many people think they know the law better than Kennedy does. I'm not sure what they think Kennedy's motive is to misstate the law.

Is KENNEDY pro-illegal alien?

Wait a minute. If we remove an illegal, ms13 gang member who beats his wife and is a suspected human trafficker, after only 3 court hearings that found he was a gang member and ordered removed . . .
Then that means they are going to pick up my grandmother and disappear her to El Salvador.
