Was New Years Eve not enough?

This is idiotic on every level.

These are terrorists - not protestors, BTW WDSU. Go sell you propaganda somewhere else.

Because plans were made quite a while ago.

I think people see the news and see “riots in (blank)!” and just think entire cities are burning and at war

I had friends that lived in several big cities during 2020 and I had to be the one to tell them that something was happening and Paris is fricking massive

Latest map of French protests and riots

This is a good Map of where not to go and where to go.

Protestors are preparing for a large-scale demonstration throughout the country starting on October 24th (Saturday).

They’re playing a major soccer game in Paris tomorrow night and from the article I read earlier, haven’t even declared a state of emergency yet

There’s a chance the Parisians know more about Paris than we do

While this is all true, A NFL game broadcast back to the States is a tempting target. Yeah I know it will be highly protected, but lets get real here this is the French.

I just walked by that arch with a ten-month-old and a two-year-old at 11 pm at night here in Paris. The most exciting thing I saw was two bums sleeping in a tent

Macron has assured everyone that the evil doers, while justified, will be properly punished.

Eventually.

Then quickly released.

The sad thing is Saints players are safer in Paris than they are in New Orleans which is a crime ridden shithole.

New Orleans is a crime ridden shithole city. The statistics back this up.
