FCC shuts down MSNBC, CNBC, & CNN for spreading false information and creating mayhem. Pulls IP addresses for their websites.

This very thought crossed my mind earlier. How safe could it be to have all these millions of voters gathering in tight spaces and voting booths that have been sneezed on, coughed on, and lord knows what.
I think if Trump was to suggest that voting might be delayed until Corona was contained, almost overnight, the narrative would change in the MSM.

The damn rodeo got canceled.

There is so much work that goes into the rodeo, I honestly can’t believe it.

People here in Upper Southern Canada have no idea how big that event is.

Last year, there were 2.5 million attendees.

$28 million in scholarships, grants, etc.

$17 million in junior livestock auction sales.

Huge flipping deal, cancelled by a mayor and county judge that are almost certainly not rodeo fans.

Yep, I’m pissed right now.

We’ve been going to the rodeo for years. Haven’t missed one in a long time and always make it to one Cody Johnson concert at least.

I have asked them why haven’t they closed the museums, parks, libraries, theaters, shopping malls, and all other places where people gather if this is indeed about safety.

I know cooking teams that prepare for this year around. Kids, their families, and school spend countless hours getting ready for this. Scholarships are given out. Lives are forever changed. But nope... not this year apparently.

Undoubtedly, and did you by chance see who started the petition to halt the rodeo?

Good. I'll freestyle and cut donuts on all 6 lanes of the freeway.

Serious question...can they suspend the First Amendment right of peaceable assembly? I realize that was written primarily about assembling to address grievances but what about just assembling?

They shut down E3, the largest video game expo, even though it isn't scheduled until June. In 2011, E3 made $25 million for the city of Los Angeles in 3 days. Attendance has increased over 40% since then. That doesn't count the value it generates for the companies involved in an industry worth $150 billion.

At this rate, they will soon cancel all the cons and expos that are months away. And then when everything is back to normal in a couple months, they will look at all the money they lost and wonder why they were so stupid.

The Indian Wells tennis tournament is like the equivalent of the Players Championship in golf. Brings $400 million in economic impact to the area. Gone. I think the French will get cancelled, but Wimbledon gets played without spectators. Olympics and golf events, I have no idea.
