First of all frick him. as he is probably illegal as well. Second, California Mexican food sucks in comparison to real old school Tex Mex. I grew up in TX and worked a year in MX and can confirm that MX food, while good, is of no comparison to real Tex Mex - such as available in SA, the Rio Grande Valley, and small towns in TX that still crank out authentic Tex Mex. Not the crap folks are labeling as Tex Mex now throughout the US.
