Seems like Nick did blow it up but if 98 people have been charged then that means they were already on top of it. Likely just didn’t get posted here so nobody believes it lol.

Nick Shirley doesn't have to worry about evidence being thrown out in court. The DOJ can't hold a press conference for every little thing they discover.

They'll arrest a few nobodies, hit em hard with the probation, and that'll be it

There is a Wikipedia page for the prosecutions started by the Biden DOJ

It has a table with status for the defendants, including sentencing

They’ve already charged 98 individuals. Lol

Yet the doors to many of these fraudulent places are still open. We all just saw the video.

Is this fraud under investigation, shite down, with people going to jail or is it still rampant?

Seems to me these folks are still committing fraud with no fear.

As so many others have asked. Why is a 23 year man with an iPhone the one who exposed the fraud to the extent it couldn't be ignored? There were MN state whistleblowers in the fall of 2024 who were advising Walz of the ongoing Somali Scams in Minneapolis.

Because an individual with an iPhone exposing fraud resonates with the public. When the fbi or DOJ does it it is considered lawfare (big ole honk to SFP). Also, it would be a nothing burger to the msm. Now they cannot avoid it. The fbi and DOJ has been on this for a while by the way.

Biden's DOJ did lots of work

Biden and his administration. sucked. Across the board. Don't try to tell us they did anything well or good.

Hate to agree, but No-Stick Pam has a very poor completion rate on such matters.

We'll see.

If I were a plucky investigator looking for fraud closer to home, I would be investigating Louisiana’s chiropractors, the council on aging, Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital, and nursing homes.

What about OLOL getting $50M "naming rights" to the new LSU Sports arena. Aren't they in the health care business? Don't they need to upgrade their emergency room, hire more nurses, provide more and better care, hire the best doctors, you know practice health care?

Can maybe Chris Nakamoto can investigate this? Let Shaq put his name on the arena..
