Nick Shirley doesn't have to worry about evidence being thrown out in court. The DOJ can't hold a press conference for every little thing they discover.

Is this fraud under investigation, shite down, with people going to jail or is it still rampant?

If I were a plucky investigator looking for fraud closer to home, I would be investigating Louisiana’s chiropractors, the council on aging, Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital, and nursing homes.

What about OLOL getting $50M "naming rights" to the new LSU Sports arena. Aren't they in the health care business? Don't they need to upgrade their emergency room, hire more nurses, provide more and better care, hire the best doctors, you know practice health care?
