Breonna Taylor "murder" and the national media question

I was watching Inside the NBA and they were discussing how Taylor was "murdered" and that her "killers" are walking around free. But correct me if I am wrong....
Didn't the boyfriend and the police both basically say the same thing last week or earlier this week. They announced they were coming in. The boyfriend did pull and shoot a weapon. They had a legitimate search warrant.
Am I missing something, or do specific stations/organizations not want to acknowledge the facts of the case?

They knocked, but didn’t identify themselves as police before breaking the door down. Taylor’s boyfriend, understandably shaken from being woken up to the door being busted down by unknown armed assailants, drew his weapon.
The cops are not the good guys in the case, at all.

I’ll break in your house but announce I’m law enforcement. You going to just hide until I’m done taking your shite?
Every cop involved in this should be fired for two reasons:
1. They were at the wrong address, any amount of real police work leading up to this would have saved this from happening.
2. 30 something shots and they didn’t actually hit the person firing at them. All should be fired for that type of accuracy issues. You want these clowns shooting a real suspect?

Breonna should be what George Floyd became. She was a good person who had a good job and was killed by police tactics that should be illegal.

This case is a perfect example of the misplaced blame happening in society right now. This should be a discussion that starts and ends with no knock warrants.
The officers, boyfriend and Ms Taylor are just victims of bad procedure that needs to be fixed.

Exactly, they have thrown her in as a side piece but she should be the real front and center this is what is wrong with our war on drugs/police force and tactics.

No. It's incompetence on the part of the cops for hitting the wrong house and not properly identifying themselves. "Murder" is if the cops had said "let's go kill Breonna Taylor", then did it.

This case is a legit example of the overreach and militarization of the police departments and abuse of rights. No knock warrants is the enemy here, not racism.

Let’s not let those officers off the hook for being horrendous shots. You put 20-30 bullets down range and hit the wrong target. That should be removal of fire arms and those cops can have a rape whistle like in the other guys.

Which is why everyone from capt down in this should be fired, but not charged criminally and the city should be on the hook for money in a civil case.

Didn't they drop the criminal case but the family is going for a civil case? I thought that is what I read in that article last week.
