Kind of.

How is it kind of? The media is constantly saying they were at the wrong house. They were not, they had a warrant to search her house.

Also, the warrant contained misinformation.

Then whoever wrote it needs to be punished.

WTF
If the police want to talk to you, stop and talk to them. Its not difficult. If they made a mistake, that will come to light, if they had the wrong address all Taylor had to do was explain that and they woudl have apologized an dbeen on there way. Instead her thug lover grabbed his gat and opened fire as soon as he saw the police. Gee, what kind of person does that?

The results of them breaking down the door and trying to find a reason justifying their warrant and failing seems to indicate that they were at the wrong house. They were at the house they intended to raid. There was no real reason for them to be there.

That’s an ongoing investigation.

You’re assuming they announced themselves as police.

It's incompetence on the part of the cops for hitting the wrong house

It was the right house, they had a no-knock warrant for her residence. This is misinformation by the media.

More specifically, it's misinformation being fed by her family's attorneys.

Hardly any of the publicly known information has been released by the LMPD or the Kentucky AG.

Take it for what it's worth, but I have connections to law enforcement in the area: there is much, much more to this case than is publicly known at the moment. The Metro Council investigation is about more than just the LMPD.

Police are like women gossiping in cases like this. The St. Louis police were saying Michael Brown committed a murder as a minor and that Darrin Wilson had a fractured orbital socket. I would give them only slightly more credence than the family’s story.

Depends on whether or not they announced.

Why are they only talking about Breonna Taylor and not Duncan Lemp? That’s the question that should be raised. That’s the root cause of the situation we find ourselves in now.

Then the judge should not have signed the warrant.

Search warrants don't always produce evidence.

It was actually part of a land grab scam:

The mayor wants to kick everyone out of a neighborhood so they can build yoga studios and coffee shops for SJW douchebags.

Sure. But it seems important that no evidence is produced on a warrant where someone dies.

If that's the case, then that significantly changes the dynamic. I was under the impression that they hit the wrong place. If it was a legit no-knock ( we can debate the merits of those elsewhere) on the right house, then the boyfriend is responsible for her death.

To be fair someone inside the residence allegedly shot first.

her thug arse boyfriend is who killed her, he opened fire on police officers simply doing there job, they were enforcing the law, which, last I checked, is exactly what we pay them for.

why do you think they havent been arrested, despite Cancel Culture calling for thier heads and hunting them everywhere they go? Its because they did nothing worng, this is yet another vile, disguting, and baseless which hunt from the left.
wow, you’re dumb as hell.

It was because one of the players continued to give his opinion in an interview and they piggybacked it. I can’t remember which player it was now. I apologize

2. 30 something shots and they didn’t actually hit the person firing at them. All should be fired for that type of accuracy issues.
You won't have many cops left if you hold this standard
NYPD offfiers shoot 84 rounds at suspect, miss 83 times.
