Bookmarked this prognostication. Would be the most egregious miscarriage of justice ever if so. The Pandora's box of prosecution for first amendment posting would be catastrophic. The retaliation from the republican party when/if they ever gain power again will be biblical.

Beyond a reasonable won’t be a consideration. The jury will be drawn from a pool that will be anti-Trump. The jury would vote to convict without hearing any testimony or seeing any evidence. There is no way a Republican can get a fair trial in DC.
