Insurrection requires the above or at least the planning of physical force. None of this was even somewhat proven in the kangaroo court. They are saying tweets rise to the level, ridiculous.

Everything about this committee is unconstitutional.
It's standing, formation, powers, authority - gross acts of unconstitutional behavior.
They've been sending subpoenas and denying people the ability to seek judicial review. And Congress may only investigate things related to oversight and lawmaking, and their own words betray that.
Everyone contacted by the committee should have blown them off entirely.
Everything about this committee is unconstitutional.
