The threshold per the IRS is $10K. Anything over that you need a contract to document it with interest payments. Otherwise it’s considered a gift and will be taxed at the appropriate rate. So the tax liability on this is at least $50K I do believe.

If true that check probably makes him an unregistered foreign agent. However, he was a private citizen in 2018. There are probably many more payments out there. Comer and company need to keep digging and find payments from when Biden was VPOTUS or POTUS.

Not denying Biden's corruption, but a loan repayment when Biden was a private citizen in 2018 is pretty weak sauce.
If Biden were to produce loan papers or a promissory note, this is a standard loan repayment between brothers. Do better. The trail is out there, but this ain't it.

That IF is huge considering there has been no reference to a loan in his disclosures and has to be documented in Tax papers as well.
