He shouldn't say anything of the sort until the actual charges are revealed.
He's an attorney and an officer of the Court.
The charges are almost certainly insane bunk, but he should at least see them first, then say he will Pardon him.

Biden told everyone on tv that they would not allow him to run for president, with a big smirk on his face. Love Trump or hate him, every American should be furious about this.
This same abuse of Federal government powers can be used against anyone. This demonstrates once again how terrified the establishment federal government is of Trump.
