This isn't what it takes. Arizona has 3 of the most conservative House members there are, and while KL lost a layup of an election Republicans flipped a Dem US house seat and maintained control of both state houses, which the party has held for 20+ years.

It looks like DeWitt got a little to cozy with the folks from the "east" (probably McConnell). Now he is no longer useful to those people in the east. In fact he's a detriment. He has to go away because the more he stays in the sunlight the more he will be asked about those people in the east that he was working for.

We are talking about posters like you on here giving tacit support to the party trying to bribe someone out of an election.

DeWitt hasn't changed. He is MAGA AF. He ran Trump's campaign, and was awarded for it by being named the CFO of NASA (whatever the chief finance guy is in that department). He left NASA after Trump left office and was nominated for the AZ party chair by Kari Lake herself and endorsed by Trump - that was only one year ago.
Could it be that MAGA is steeped in the establishment? I mean, how many f'n establishment hacks does Trump have to surround himself with, and how many times does Trump have to pay the establishment favors - before you open your mind up to the cold reality that Trump is a big government/establishment friendly Republican?
