Interesting part is the lead cop noting that he was foaming at the mouth.

Facts don’t matter man!

Wonder if Chauvin had crappy representation or the jury was in fact scared as reported

How is that interesting? Of course he foamed at the mouth, Chauvin - a known and verified white supremacist - crushed his windpipe and murdered him!

Everyone knows this!

- NPC response.

I'm guessing he swallowed his stash and thus the foaming mouth.

Jury was not impartial and ready to hang. It is insane the judge didn't allow for a change of venue. You cannot get a fair jury in the Twin Cities, thus the Potter decision.

If the current president of the United States tells you to convict, I'll be truthful by saying I'd be scared of my family or I be Clintonized.

This was an incredible abuse of prosecutorial powers. It was a drug overdone.

I thought his attorney did a good job.

I didn’t follow the trial as close as Rittenhouses trial but I don’t recall this ever coming up. Perhaps it did and I didn’t hear it but it’s pretty damn important to the case. Exhibiting physical behaviors of OD was kinda paramount.

I’m one of the most staunch constitutional conservatives I know and the abuse of powers in this case were committed by LE.

He may have had drugs in his system but he died bc he was slowly suffocated to death.

If that is true, then Chauvin should have got off of Floyd and tried to render aid instead of allowing him to suffocate, the verdict is still correct.

Derek Chauvin's conviction will be reversed on appeal.

How did you not know this?

They found half eaten pills of fentanyl/meth in the back of the cop car with his saliva on it.

He was saying he couldn’t breath when he was in the back of the car before he got on the ground

The guy was flat out railroaded , the POS was a felon abuser of Drugs who overdosed . It’s a damn shame this guy has to suffer for this POS.

Quite the opposite. I’ll never side with tyranny or be gaslighted to believe something different than what I saw with my own eyes. All one has to do is watch videos of people ODing on fentanyl.... they’re not panicking bc they can’t breathe. They’re so lethargic you can’t hit even beat on them hard enough to wake them up.

There is no justification whatsoever for the cops to have continued pinning him down on his stomach with their weight while he was handcuffed.

My ex is a detective and I’m currently dating someone who just retired in LE.... they both agree with me that once Floyd was cuffed they needed to get off of him.
