The problem is that it takes a decade at least based on past historical precedent to get rid of the bad judges. The last one that was kicked off was a Judge in New Orleans back in the 90's.

He pulled the case to decide on unsealing the warrant for Ilhan Omar as well. It's amazing that in a random rotation he gets every significant case that is connected to Trump.

So, Pirro said she'd wait until the IG came back, which he did and essentially said everything BUT fraud (which means malfeasance/misfeasance is a viable potential charge).
But, despite that, this frick steps in again.
Mind you, many in the GOP wanted to strip his office of any staff and funding, but a few holdout GOPers in the House refused to do it and I am sure it would have never seen the light of day in the Senate.
This is why the GOP continually gets its shite pushed in by the Left.
But, let's vote for Dems (or stay home and let them win) because Trump isn't a fricking king and can't do it all himself.
