Just for my understanding what was the cop doing when she hit him with her car? Was he out in the street directing traffic or something? Was he outside his patrol car on the side of the road? To send someone that far, she would have to have been traveling at a pretty high speed.
ETA. I read the article and he was directing traffic bc of an accident. Definitely seems logical that she did this on purpose given her rant right before it happened and the rate of speed she hit him.
