This is pure nonsense. You really think they can own 60% of all residential property by 2028 (a few short years away)? Where do they stand right now and how many homes would they have to acquire to reach 60%?

Well yeah, absolutely.

Kings have a conscience. And also, they can be deposed if things go wrong. These billionaire investor groups have no conscience and can’t be held accountable.

They’re the ultimate result of all our own greed, being used against us. It’s not a fight we can win, because there is no one to fight.
I can’t imagine a possible solution to this other than all of us becoming less materialistic.

What did I exaggerate?
I suspect his post was in sympathy rather than contradiction with yours. I'll bet "you" was his generic reference to the OP, not to you.

But to add to your point, and as I said earlier, Blackrock is not a direct SFRR manager ... not 70%, not 7%, not 0.7%. Blackstone was in the SFRR business, but no longer is.
