They are offering 25 to 50 percent over asking price.

I first heard about this a couple of years ago.

The only presidential candidate I have heard mention it is RFKjr.

The effect of this is that Homes are too expensive and over 70% of Americans cannot budget for one. And as home values go up, demand for rentals go up and they become unaffordable as well.

Meanwhile automobiles are now commonly sold for 4 figure payments making new cars unaffordable for most people.

But back to Blackrock. Blackrock basically controls Wall Street as well. And Blackrock has huge influence over Corporate Boards and the US Government. They are the ones pushing the WEF and the new Woke Society.

Basically Blackrock, Vanguard and Blackstone own everything.

Their Ex executives are now powerfull Government appointees and former government officials are now their executives...

The whole point is these wars and all the crap that dominates or consciousness are basically diversions. Our lives are being engineered by the Blackrocks of the world into what for us will be a miserable dystopian existence.

It's not Putin.

Look at the topics on this board. Terrorism, war, politics, race relations...

all hot button issues that destract us from the real dynamic that is destroying our future.

Two points.

First, our old conception of liberal and conservative and socialism and free enterprise are inadequate to deal with what threatens us, which is a government that is undistinguishable from the private interests that control it.

This is not a free economy based on competition. It is an oligarchy literally controlling and buying up everything.

I mention Kennedy because the attitude among "conservatives" towards him is so negative, but its based on a totally inaccurate interpretation of how the world now works.

Free enterprise no longer exists. Big government is the least of our problems.
Patriotism and wars don't address the true threats.

Why are these super conglomerates buying up our shelter ... and even all our farmland?

Does Trump address this? DeSantis? Biden?

I'm not endorsing Kennedy? I'm going to vote Trump. But I'm simply pointing out that our problems are bigger than we think and our paradigms are completely out of touch.

A real government of the people would break these companies into a thousand pieces.

I would rather be governed by a benevolent King or Dictatorship than a handful of corporations and their greedy partners in goverment.

If your view is that government should just let these massive corporate monsters run wild then you are a fool. Too much power and wealth concentrated in too few hands leads to hell on earth.

I'm poorer than I was no doubt.

You must be really wealthy.

Have you gotten your invitation to this year's Bilderberg yet?

There should be an additional property tax on residential land not owned by the inhabitants.

70% of homes in the US? Dude, that's over 30 trillion dollars worth of property.

It's a good thing you can draw a line connecting China, WEF, et al to the positions of BlackRock / Statestreet / Vanguard with regard to the border, immigration, climate, housing, ESG - creating a conspiracy to violate rights, thus allowing asset forfeiture.

What about farmland? That's a Bill Gates thing also.

Buying farmland so it won't produce.

That's where the bugs come in. And the war on chemical fertilizer.

And then the government will take them over and these houses will be turned into government housing for distribution not purchase.

Sounds good.

Not hard to connect Gates to China, WHO, covid / bio stuff.

China is connected to the drug cartels, they are a state sponsor of terrorism.

The dots are all there. The problem is that our government is one of the dots.

Everyone would need to pull all money out of the market to kill it. Problem is nobody will do it and there would be very serious consequences if done. Either way we’re screwed.

It’s a great conversation to have

We learned about the "deep state" a few years back. Many finally figured out the forever wars.

But there is a whole hellava lot more under the surface that, if we were fully conscious of it, would completely upset our world view.

Prior to covid I think the big 3 (blackrock statestreet vanguard) controlled about $15T in capital. After covid it has gone up to about $22T.

That's a 50% growth in about 3 years. Seems feasible for them to get that much housing in their portfolios pretty soon.

The U.S. has good antitrust laws that once upon a time were used to break up overly large monopolistic organizations.

But when is the last time you can think of that happening? The consolidation of everything from healthcare to airlines to Amazon -- it's scary. And neither political party is doing anything about it.
