It's a peek into how they view others. "Persuade" is when you think your cause is better and you view the other person as having a right to accept or reject it; "force" is when you don't care - you're in charge and they'll do what you say.

Rich men at the top have gotten theirs, and in order to keep theirs they need to knock the rest of us down a few pegs.

What's Fink's ethnic background?

No it's not. They're telling you exactly what they're doing. They are going to change your behavior by controlling your purchasing power if you're an individual, or by refusing to provide access to capital if you're a corporation.

Like I said, that is horrible.

If you can point to one person ultimately behind ESG and CEI. It’s him.

This situation is a perfect catalyst for a violent Revolution.
I don't think our Founding Fathers envisioned this taking place.

Fink uses ETF money/positions/investment to leverage corporate board positions.
So in my own portfolio, I get a shareholder vote for board positions proportionate to my holdings. But if I own the same position through a Fink ETF, Fink usurps my vote, and instead applies it and/or uses my money and that of thousands of others for his personal influence.
Further, while corporate board members carry restrictions as to how they can trade their stock holdings, Fink skirts those requirements in his ETF management.
The GOP needs to get to work with legal challenges to unwind this crap.

Anyone noticed how these "elites" like this guy, John Kerry, and others, increasingly refer to the rest of the population in less-than-human ways, as if we are just lab rats?

What do you think the chances are that they would be?
I'd put it at about 90% probability that you and I would make them whole.

You’re being conservative.
I’d put it at 99.9%.
