Being responsible and accountable is now literally being punished by this country's leaders.
We’ve had a progressive income tax since 1913. We’ve been punishing successful, responsible tax payers for over 100 years now. This is just an extension of that philosophy.

Pure wealth redistribution.
We could have had Trump, but the people spoke.

Because we still get a better rate? I mean sure you can do all that if u want ur rate to be worse.
I'm lucky enough to be at a point in my life where I can pay for what I buy and do not need to borrow to get it. So if I lose my credit no biggie. I need to research bankruptcy laws to see if I would come out ahead doing this. I have been responsible with my finances all of my life. With crap like this it seems fitting to go out this way.

They fricking earned that credit score. They weren’t assigned it.
Ain't that the fricking truth. My credit was around 530 three yeas ago. Now I got it up to 770 so I could potentially buy a house.

It took me almost 30 years to get mine to where it is now so I'll get to subsidize someone who made bad financial decisions.

Let me fix that for you:
“Rents rise as landlords pass along new borrowing costs”….

The goal is for people to never own homes. They'll make as unattractive as they can without outright banning ownership.

It’s a bad policy, but there needs to be some context in this thread too.
Actually, there’s not any context needed. The simple facts of this sham are easy for anyone to understand. But thank you for attempting to defend this like a good socialist.

They want more people who can't afford homes to buy them. Then we can have 2008 all over again.

Reparations and mortgage shenanigans means most white people will be priced out of the housing market.

This is one of my lines in the sand. Home ownership has been a goal of mine for almost a decade and I've grinded my way to finally being there. I have to deal with low inventory, offering over asking, buyers with all cash no loan offers, ect ect. This is just more dog shite on that already overloaded plate. The cabal that runs the ice cream loving dementia patient is ruining this country.

The goal of progressivism is to replace the successful in this country with people who are not successful
Look at the governing bodies of most of the major cities.

Clinton did this which caused the 2008 debacle and Bush was blamed. This is next step to an even bigger version of that and when it eventually fails, they'll 100% blame it on Trump
