Create bubble so large investment firms can come in and scoop up defaulted properties?

You’re projecting, and I assume it’s because someone disagrees with you. Grow up kiddo.

They are doing everything possible to destroy the GOOD in society and the effort to do GOOD.

Not constitutionally legal. Just using it to buy votes among the "less fortunate" crowd.

There is not a single damned thing about the govt in DC that actually represents the will of, and protects the purse strings of the American citizen.

Alas, there is a current shortage of tar and feathers due to the lowered petroleum production and the price of eggs.

This marxian/robbin' hood mentality is just in its infancy for the rest of us if something isn't done at both the precinct all the way through the national levels.

Unless someone has a better idea.

Am presently headed to the polling place to vote against an increase in millage on property owners that will double the coffers of our "sheriff" here.

Her new-found "donation" would increase the money she can "micturate" away from $13,283,145.45 to $26,091,892.84 - almost double.

Even though a potential waste of time, since Latoya will probably unleash the project residents and gov't-funded "townhouse" gated communities to go vote taxes on others without having to be burdened with such mundane incidentals themselves.

They used to offer them a coke and a hotdog to get out the vote for these type elections.

Not aware of what the enticement is presently.

Voting is the only current answer to another incompetent, Soros-funded "sheriff" who doesn't believe in incarceration and who has been in over her head in her job since her first day in office.

But the same could be said for our D.A. Williams and our "registrar" Wilson (the one who successfully ran the gutless, craven "Republican" Ardoin out of office.)

Well being responsible borrower with good credit is probably white privilege.

My FICO is 800 plus. So borrow my maximum load up on debt. File bankruptcy and throw a big arse party. Why keep an excellent credit score if it hurts you? All people with good credit scores should do this Just a thought.

Same and don’t tempt me. Just told my wife the same thing.

i work as a loan officer and we have not seen one update from fannie or freddie on a change in pricing on higher credit scores. The only recent change was to was to FHA that lowered the monthly PMI.
