You’ve got be kidding me. Are you this stupid to think that all this wasteful spending is in any way a justified expense. Then, you blame Trump.

As if the dem's would have agreed to anything that would give Trump a "victory".

I think it is kind of fricked up that a president can raise taxes on business with a flick of a pen. IMHO this is something that should be voted on.

Uhh, they will have to vote on it...

But, but “Trump tweets means things” and “Trump isn’t presidential enough”........well, yet another example of the stupidity of that thinking.

Thanks Georgia.

If you’re going to thank Georgia, thank the rest of the states that were stolen. Thank Montana for having a Democrat Senator. Thank Doug Collins for causing Loeffler’s seat to go to a runoff.

Comments like this act like Georgia had an actual choice this this farce of an election, while memes are all over this board with Biden pole vaulting over Trump in the middle of the night.

I promise you, as a Georgian, I’m far more pissed than you when I see Warnock or Ossoff in the news, because there’s a high likelihood that they shouldn’t be there, either.

Republicans had the house and senate. They didn’t even need the Dems. Trump absolutely dropped the ball and should have rammed through infrastructure and we wouldn’t even be having this discussion.

Just print the imaginary money like we have been doing? What's the point of taxing if we have a money machine that hasn't stopped

Printed money IS a tax, on everybody that has money (assets, in some form). Just don't show up or need votes to make the transfer. Kinda like they don't need to come and get your gun if they already have your healthcare.

Correct me if I am wrong, but assuming that Manchin stays true to his word regarding the filibuster (obviously tough for a dimocrat), wouldn't the senate need 60 to pass this nonsense?

I think they can get it done in reconciliation.

Trump dropped the ball by not doing infrastructure in his first 2 years. Yes, I know Paul Ryan obstructed but this shouldn't even be happening now.

Name the infrastructure bill that Congress passed and was not signed by Trump ......Tick Tock, Tick Tock ....Time up, game over.

Never understood why someone would vote for a candidate that wants to raise taxes.

Let’s not be surprised. Increased taxes on the upper class and middle class were a given with a progressive administration. We knew this was coming. Sucks but it’s been known for a long time
how does a post like this get downvoted. Everyone knew this would happen. Tax hikes are real and will happen. Plan your family finances and operate your business accordingly to maximize what you can. It will affect you unless you are a leach.

Left wingers are punitive. Every issue is to punish those who have been successful.

Everything they do is aimed at destroying the status quo and bringing down people who are producers.

It’s so easy to vote for other peoples taxes to go up if that means you will get more money.
