Of all the lies he has told or read in his presidency and before, this one may easily be the most unbelievable. There is no way that ever happened given the time period and Biden's public stances on these issues.

No way. Even in the mid 1990s colleges were refusing to admit homosexuals to teacher education programs. I am positive that Mush Brain's father would have tried to divert his attention somehow.
