If wasn’t an obvious lie already to those who know Biden’s decades long stance on gays after this made up story, the final touch of “they love each other” is the tell. He made up that entire story just to set up the final 3 words. Knowing that the virtue signal phrase would have millions of progressive freaks dancing on the rooftops.

Joe has been called out on his lying many times. I remember him telling a story about how he dressed down W in the Oval Office over the Iraq War and Karl Rove said it was b.s. because he was there and all these conversations are on record and he never said anything remotely like what he said

It's been already said in this thread, but I'm going to say it again. I grew up in the 50s and 60s (graduated from HS in 59). There is no way two men would have kissed in public during those times.
