Didn’t a court force them to start selling leases again? Then Kamala took credit for the increased drilling after it was forced on them, lol.

Courts ruled in Trump's last term that he does not have the power to overturn executive orders with his own executive orders, and they'll rule the same way here too.
It'll take an act of Congress to overturn this with how they are going to write it, and Congress isn't going to do shite.

No opinion on this if true? Just source quibbling?
If it's true, then Biden's handlers should be hung on an oil rig.
I just don't see this happening.

There really aren’t any legitimate news sources.

Well it's a good thing the Constitution says the president can revoke EOs.

This attempt by a dementia-riddled president in the last two weeks of his fake presidency to "permanently ban" something is the reason that the entire leftwing went batshit when the SCOTUS overruled the Chevron Standard.

It will take congressional action to address based on what I've read.

Seems that if brain dead Biden was to issue a protective policy that is overtly aggressive this late in term it should be rebuffed by SC

I’m tired of the federal government being used as a weapon from one Congress or administration to the next, with normal citizens being caught in the crossfire.
Once you see it for what it is, you can’t unsee it.

Just when I thought I had reached the limits of my ability to fricking hate these people, they challenge me to achieve new levels.

Until an EOnis issued to reverse it, then someone files suit and the SC quashes the challenge and clarifies that EOs can be removed by subsequent EOs.

When I joined the carpenters union there were plans for us to work off shore. The government has been fighting it since the 80's.
