Dems have their talking points from the ACB hearing

quote:

BREAKING: In an astonishing claim, Biden on tarmac this morning told reporters Americans might lose their health care next month -- "This is about whether or not in less than one month Americans are gonna lose their health insurance"

Fear mongering to the elderly and low income minorities.

Important Trump and GOP keep in news that Biden and Dems want to court pack. Can't lose the narrative.

What is the November 10th Supreme Court case or vote that is taking place?

It's really hard to believe that there are people in this country stupid enough to believe him, but there are, and they will be bussed to the polls by the thousands (or just have their ballot stolen from them by Democrat operatives).

Swinging for the fences on the old "Republicans are going to take away your Social Security/Medicare" trope, now expanded to including the Obamacare folks.

I’m sure Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook will be quick to put their fact checkers on this as to not alarm the general public.

Regardless how you feel about ACB, the SCOTUS, or any upcoming decision, the bolded statement is unquivocally false.

A decision in the ACA case will not be released until next year, and no one will have their healthcare eliminated mid-year. Even if SCOTUS were to totally invalidate the ACA (which will never, ever happen), 2022 would be the earliest that people on the exchanges would "lose" their coverage.

A challenge to the constitutionality of the ACA now that the individual mandate has been nullified.

Generally, the argument is that under a strict reading of Sibelius, the removal of the individual mandate penalty should invalidate the law because it no longer qualifies as an exercise of Congress' power to tax.

Didn’t ACA have an expansion of those programs as part of the legislation?

Isn't that what Democrat voters want? No health insurance and government administered health care? Lol

Optional Medicaid expansion on a state by state basis is a part of the framework.

The original ACA as passed by Congress mandated that every state participate in the Medicaid eligibility expansions, but SCOTUS ruled that portion of the law to be unconstitutional. (hence the current state-by-state system)

It's not an "astonishing claim". It's an outright lie.

Notice they didn't insert "without citing any evidence" as they do for every Trump statement.

Weak sauce.
He should have told them they’d lose health care, social security and would be placed in camps!
