At this point, bitch biden is just saying anything in order to get votes. He is sleazy.. he has no campaign platforms.
The way he flip fops on every stance he has.. it would be akin to if... 2016 trump said we need a wall, but then, a while later . said that we need open borders. Would be like if trump said that he'll give us tax reform... but then said that he'll do a massive tax increase.
I'm just saying... this shite Biden is doing, I've never seen a presidential candidate do it to this extent. Biden has flip flopped so much that it has become clear that he stands for nothing.

So even if the ACA is not scrapped, states are now free to choose if they want to expand Medicaid?
If I'm not mistaken, the individual mandate has been scrapped already.
