I look at it as “an extra step they have to blow time and money on thanks to this.
They are already behind the 8 ball. This just saps them further even if they get on the ballot.

The whole point is the ballot can't be changed at this point, supposedly. So how would Harris get on the ticket on her own, without Biden being removed? That would require the ballot to be changed, which is supposedly not possible at this point. The foundation of your question is flawed.

Lol.
Watch the courts sweep this tiny little detail away with a flourish of a pen.

What if they go with Kamala? She’s technically part of the ticket

I don't know why not. A candidate isn't official until the convention. So there shouldn't be any name to be removed yet

This is also bullshite. It's an algebra equation. Every dollar the Dems have to spend to get the ballot changed would be a dollar the Reps would have to spend to fight it. And in the end, it won't matter anyway because of the electoral college. The whole "too late to change the ballot" storyline is a non story. Firstly, they can and will change the ballot. And even if they can't, those electoral votes for Biden will still go to the eventual nominee. I feel like I'm playing cards with my sister's kids.

But Biden is not on the ticket until he is nominated at the convention.

The issue is the deadline to replace Biden on the Wisconsin and Nevada ballot has not passed.
It's September 3rd, over a month away. Up until then the Democratic party (and Republican party) has the freedom to submit whatever name for the ballot they like.
LINK
"Nevada: Each major political party must provide the names of their candidates for president and vice president to the secretary of state by 5 p.m. on the first business day of September of the year of a presidential election. That’s Tuesday, Sept. 3 this year because Sept. 2 is Labor Day."
"Wisconsin: Under state law, political parties have until 5 p.m. on Sept. 3 to certify the name of their presidential nominee. Once formally nominated, a candidate can only be removed from the ballot due to death."
So this doesn't apply to Biden's withdrawal in any way.

Candidate doesn't matter. Dems will vote for Harris or Biden, if he is stuck on the ballot, and the ELECTORS will vote for Harris. Laws against faithless electors are misdemeanors. The DNC will pay their fines.

As if rules apply to these pieces of shite and as if Republicans have the balls to stop them.

Crazy to me how the OP is easily and quickly verifiable as false but there’s pages of people thinking this is a “gotcha”.

It's discouraging lately to see how many people on this site still fall for the MSM smokescreen.
Like all we've seen the progressive left do to Trump never happened.

The legal challenges would delay things. Both states actual deadline to be on the ballot is 9/3.

But Biden/harris was not going to be the official ticket until after the roll call just before the convention when the delegates officially voted. Biden had the required delegates to win on first vote so it was a formality. However he dropped out so all his delegates are officially free to vote how they choose. Once the roll call vote happens then the Democrat ticket spot on ballots is officially finalized.

Any update on this?
Kamala is the nominee, will she be on the Nevada & Wisconsin ballets??
