Does that include BLM and ANTIFA homes. How about gang members?

No, they will not be included in the round up. Those organizations are the left's "muscle" and will remain armed.

Yep. Real good idea to let the police enter into someone's home without a warrant just to get our guns. That won't end well.

I don’t think he sees a courtroom often. Sounds mostly like family and small business affairs.

And I won’t be surprised if it’s reflected in this decision. As Dusty Rhodes said, “Hard times!” We’re in for perilous times in this country - coming soon.

blaming Biden for Trump's actions
Seriously, there are plenty of reasons to dislike Biden, but in this case put the blame where it belongs.

Wait - I read the OP as
quote:

Biden admin calls on SCOTUS to let police enter homes, confiscate guns without a warrant

Did Trump make the request to the SCOTUS?? (hell - is the statement that Biden did it actually true?)

I don't recall anything about the details of the SCOTUS involvement, but it seems to me your explanation of the details of the case has nothing to do with the OP statement.

I'm not taking sides on either of the two factual descriptions of what went down at the scene.

But I would expect you to rebut the operative statement of the OP - not the descriptions of what the LEOs did/didn't do.

I'm no fan of guns, but do agree this is an abomination. But, given recent rulings, there's no telling how the Supreme Court will rule here. Every abuse is given credibility if it's done "in the public interest."

Why are you scared of guns?

Mine are so lazy they just sit around and do nothing the vast majority of the time.

The government lawyer arguing the case told ACB that police should be permitted to walk into people’s homes and confront people who are gathering without masks breaking a states COVID protocols...at this point why doesn’t the government just try to argue we are all slaves and have no autonomy anymore?

By their logic they are also ignoring the 5th as well

“ nor [shall any person] be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”

Let's not be bothered by the facts.

Husband and wife had fight in their home. Husband pulled gun and sounded suicidal. Wife left house and called police, asking for welfare check on husband. Police and wife returned to home, and police eventually took husband into custody for psych evaluation. Police also took possession of firearms. Wife gave permission for all of this.

lmao you are so quick to call out someone for leaving out facts and giving a bad description of events that you did the exact same.
A fact that you neglected: The police lied to the wife to obtain permission and stepped outside the intended scope of the community caretake exception. which was meant for search of vehicles.

If the police behaved properly and didn't abuse the situation then there would be no case to 'rile up the villagers'. facts are bothersome eh?

Lunacy. All the talk about getting rid of the word "master" and now they are want to use it, with the police no less.
