oh i'm sorry, was the Uvalde shooter concealed carrying? Or was he charging into the school with a rifle? How is concealed carry lading to more shootings? What does it have to do with the ones we've seen so far?

Nothing. It's like when some guy shoots someone with a handgun and they respond by trying to outlaw AR-15's. bullshite pretense.

And that should be always pointed out as an usurpation of power. If that’s what the States want to delegate to the feds, it should have to go through the appropriate process to become one of their few and defined powers.

honestly, the only way to end this overreach is to start taking these people out back and beating them down... throwing them in the stocks, nude. Cane them. Tar and Feather them

Shame walk them.

Ridicule them.

The Constitution provides limits to the government, not the people.

No you misunderstood. He wants all guns in TX to be permitted and all gun owners to have a permit to have a gun. Essentially they want to track down all guns and be able to deny you from having a gun using red flag laws

Because we’ve allowed them too. But these our still our rights to protect us against the government.

Using Uvalde as an example to end permitless firearm carry.

The shooter had his rifle and was in the sights of a LE but they chose not shoot, they chose not engage, and the shooters parents for all intents and purposes are delusional and complicit in what happened.

Also, front door was not latched or left unlocked. The classroom door did not lock. There are so many other failures and Permitless firearm carry is not one of them.

frick him. Guns are registered and background checks.

Criminals on the other hand don't give two shits about permits or registering any firearm. Criminals at all levels.

Beto is like every other braindead gun-control advocate that doesn't understand they are on the wrong side of history. For years after v. Heller, gun-control loons still held hope for passing bans on handguns.

Beto is the perfect male progressive.

The literal prototype. Everything he says and does it to appease women.

They all were intended to be unlimited in scope. They are not from the government they are from our creator.

The liberal mindset allowed removing consequences from “over exercising” a right and now think the answer is to restrict the right.

Wrong.

These people will never learn (or know and want to destroy the Constitution itself) that the Constitution grants no rights. Zero. Zip.

How is this not racist but requiring an ID to vote is racist?

I would love to see him explain how it’s easier for black people to get a concealed carry permit rather than a free ID card

Ok.

Statistically speaking, gun violence is predominantly committed in this country by black males.

Therefore, we need to have gun control legislation in this country specifically targeting black males.

Hey…if you’re going to argue that the 2nd Amendment is limited in scope, you’re gonna also have to argue as to why the 14th Amendment isn’t.

Does anybody really want to go down that road? I sure don’t.
