In Denmark, the average worker in McDonald's makes $22 an hour, receives 6 weeks of paid vacation, 1 year of paid family leave, life insurance and a pension. Yes. If McDonald's workers in Denmark can have a decent standard of living, we can do it in the U.S.

Do they though?

They are priced out just as far away as McDonalds workers here

Starting at a difference price might still leave you on the same floor

High prices are the goal of the left. They see this is as a good thing.

Denmark also has an extremely educated populous. It's not uncommon to find service workers with masters degrees. Per the usual, the US is very different from these small, Nordic countries that Bernie likes to cite as shiny beacons of socialist hope.

OK, now let's take a look at the size of housing, auto ownership, and taxes!

I bet they actually pay taxes. I want to know what their take home salary is after taxes and then adjusted for increased cost of living.

The bottom 50% of this country doesn’t even contribute anything to the system.
