Keisha Lance Bottoms will likely end her time as Mayor embroiled in scandal, like so many predecessors. The city is run by a black “mafia like” organization that violates procurement laws, operates as if they are above the law, and engages in systemic racism in hiring/vendor selection and promotion. If they ever gain control of state govt they can do this unchecked.
