My reasoning for thinking it's not a vast conspiracy is how could a vast conspiracy be so poorly planned,poorly executed , how could the optics of it look so bad and then maintain that secrecy necessary

At first I was thinking a lone crack-pot loser taking advantage of pitiful security, but as more and more details surface, I strongly believe there was malice on the part of only implementing half-arse security measures. Kinda like "Well, if it happens, it happens".

but you have to go full way. the pitiful security is on purpose when someone that assists with that order also knows exactly that certain strings are being pulled at those buildings.
