pretty soon wearing uniforms will be racist and they will all be allowed to wear plain clothes
i wouldnt bet a nickel that anyone in uniform today is capable of handling mess hall duties, much less depend on them to be a fighting weapon to protect you

Yes you can get a seal. At some point during my enlistment, USN allowed beards @ E6 and below, had to pass mask fit every so often. Us nukes weren’t allowed often tho.
