Sadly, it's been obvious for weeks that Dems are going to use rogue judges and lawfare in an attempt to impede President Trump's various agendas. This is clearly a massive overreach by the judicial branch and they are "playing" President, but unfortunately Trump and Team are going to have to deal with the reality of the situation.

Like when the judge in Missouri v. US decided that the government couldn’t collude with big tech to supress speech. Or when Biden’s student loan forgiveness was blocked. Or when Roe was overruled. Or when Chevron deference was eliminated.
Everyone likes judges when they rule their way. When they rule the other way, not so much.

Judicial overreach and activism needs to be clamped down on.
Supremes granted themselves oversight and get to define how it happens. Both of those are in dire need of reform thru an amendment. Parker could have minimized it, but instead he and Barrett motivated more judges to overreach and breach separation of powers. They won’t police themselves, and the Court process is too slow which Dems are counting on.

These activists judges have incorrect rulings. Its as simple as that.
