Are there any government subsidized medial care services that are not rampant with fraud?

You can pick them at random and it's visually obvious that they are exploiting the system. Daycares, home health, special needs care, they are all the same. They operate in this weird gray area of public necessity and unlimited cost. Every single one of them, dumpy commercial rental suite with an owner driving a luxury car and living in a million dollar home. Why are we funding these places?

Nope and I can say that with confidence because any system, govt or otherwise, that operates for years with zero oversight becomes corrupt and overrun with fraud.

no.
there's really not.
there's no incentive to not defraud because there's no incentive by the government employees that run those programs to run a tight ship. The more $$$ they spend, the more $$$$ they get the next fiscal year.

America operated under a duty of good faith and trust for years but we've now been overran by people with no morals.

I think they manage to do visible things like roads, schools, public works with relatively low to medium levels of fraud. But these medial "services" operate in the shadows. No one knows what's going on. No one checks in. No one knows if they are even needed. And they ruin the free market for honest private services.

Everything the government touches is rampant with fraud. The purpose of government is to steal from many for few. Somehow they have made almost everyone on Earth believe that it is an absolute necessity.

No one enforced checks and balances (and proper audits). It’s all a scheme

Nope. It goes all the way from the top (i.e. UHC’s upcoding scandal) to individual fraudsters.

Yet they denied coverage of a vibration vest for my son who is in his first week home after aspiration pneumonia. Not the right shade of POC I imagine. The supplier offered it up regardless after learning, that is what a conscientious corporate group does.

No. That is why private charity beats government handouts 100% of the time.

We need auditors.
These services need to be moved from Federal to State.
Let the states choose what services that want to provide and let them choose how they want to tax their citizens to fund them.
These states will be more apt to find and address fraud if the money is coming out of their pocket.
Right now, we have states like Minnesota and California who don't care about finding fraud because the funds are coming from the Federal govt.

Yea good point, the federal gov doesn't need to be subsidizing this. The further away the source, the further away the oversight. Put it in the hands of the states and if the money runs out, it runs out. Impoverished southerners have no opportunity, they need to be incentivized into dispersing around the country and not just staying in the same spot for generations.

All of this nightmarish dismantling of the best healthcare system in the world......occurred because of this one legislation..........the Obama authored Affordable Care Act. There is NOTHING affordable about the "Affordable Care Act".
The legislation created these HMO's (AETNA, United Healthcare, Ochsner, etc) which triggered vast fraud in the healthcare industry.
Nothing that Barook Hussein Obama did while in office, was good for America.
Darned near got me killed for sure.

They (doctors) are hitting customers and insurance companies too.
Unnecessary tests and procedures.
