Probably not all but most

No.
But those that aren’t are the exception to the rule.

Probably at least 90-95%.
I believe some state/local politicians probably have their local constituents best interest at heart. At the federal level, probably not.

Honest question. Seems like everyone is a heaping piece of shite that can be bought for a price

It's the way it's developed. Money gets people elected and money always comes with strings. Every politician has a list of pet "issues" they'll never do a thing about other than talk, but what every voting record will show is a love of federal spending, which they funnel back to the companies with the lobby armies that got them elected. It's the poor schmucks who only have a vote to give that suffer from the resulting inflation, interest rates and eventual recession and taxes that come after.

There's a meme of LA Senator Kennedy saying during a hearing that "90% of DC should be making your license plates."
I think that is pretty damned close to being correct, if not a little low on the %.

The brightest and the best.
It's our fault for putting them there so, by proxy, the majority of us, the citizens are POS's as well.
Career politicians.

No. It is the 95 percent that give the rest of them a bad name.

Only thing lower than a car salesman is a politician. Only thing lower than a politician is a used car salesman.

At least 95% of them are to a degree.

The fact that our leaders are so susceptible to outside money and influence is very troubling.
Posted on 7/12/22 at 7:43 am to Chief_Hondo_the_redm
I think your comment is insulting to shite.

There are a slim few that speak what they mean and mean what they say . Only ones I can honestly telling the establishment to frick off and would not sell their souls would be MTG , Kerri Lake, Gaetz, Byron Donaldson, and Trump

#1 goal first day in office. Do whatever it takes to get re-elected. Pathetic losers for the most part.
