So, they knew about in in 2014, but the minute Trump is inaugurated is when something starts getting done about it?

So for years under the Obama admin it went undetected, and as soon as Trump's guy got in they detected the devices? It surprises me you would provide that info.

That would be a tough sell considering that the repeal doesn't take effect until April 23rd.
