You either have immediate knowledge or you don’t. McMichaels ADMITS to not having immediate knowledge of any felony on 2/23/20

Where is the mistake?

McMicheal exited his truck with a shotgun and (according to his own testimony) the background understanding to never pull a gun unless he was prepared to use the lethal force it implies.
The question was asked of a witness who was testifying on the neighborhood in general. It was wildly inappropriate, and just a stupid thing for the young lady to ask on cross as it had no relevance to her testimony.

I didn't watch yesterday, but if today is "not doing all that badly" in comparison, than yesterday must have been really bad.

Sounds like you were right.

Define immediate knowledge in the context of Georgia law.

Honest question. In enacting a legal citizen's arrest in GA, can one use what ever force/means necessary to execute said arrest?

No. They can’t. They have to use force in some measure commensurate to the crime.

The chick on the stand is pretty cute (Would) but she just quoted an old man in the neighborhood who used the phrase colored boy. Social media is going to freak out. Gotta love the deep south.

This part of Georgia is as old school as it gets, the colored comments are not surprising.

Thanks for clarifying. I had it on in the background and missed the part where it was an old man she was quoting.

I tried, but it's boring as shite compared to the Rittenhouse trial.

So not only does the defense have to successfully argue that the citizens arrest was legal, but that his actions taken to enact that arrest were reasonable and commensurate with the crime (burglary)? Seems like a tough row to hoe.
