So he's had no prep for cross?
BTW, direct just ended, and they are taking a 10 minute break. Cross could start right then.

According to Fox News, he's defending himself...Also, there is no way a Criminal Lawyer would let him just keep talking and talking.

paging azkiger. travis testifying he didnt know who had been stealing anything in the neighborhood and multiple people were also seen in the same areas arbery was. absolutely destroying the justification azkiger invented from his imagination.
who could have seen this coming? literally anyone who was paying attention or had not made up their mind despite facts and statements given

Not a great start.

Not good.
Presumably, the defense has neighbors ready to verify burglaries which were unreported.

only 1 in all of 2019.

There could have been a thousand burglaries not reported, but if the defendants didn’t know that then it doesn’t matter. Even if they did they would have to show that they knew s as crime had been committed by Arbery.

the even if scenario is already out the window. Tater already admitted to not knowing who was responsible for the thefts/burglaries.

The Defendant, Travis McMichael, is on the stand and using very poor judgement in defending himself without counsel.
Wow. This dude must suspect that he's got no chance, so he's actively making sure that he's got no chance.

So there were a lot of unreported burglaries that he knew about?

They probably planned it with the videotaping.
I don't think they're sophisticated enough to plan anything out. It's sad because them being pieces of shite takes the spotlight off of serial burglar Arbery.

Day 2 of Testimony:
The prosecutor is going in dry and McMichael reminds me of a rag in a dogs mouth. He would be better off taking a knee and try to cop a plea.
