Your user name has new meaning.

If you ever decide to come at me IRL, I can outrun you.

So there's that.

And to add to the discussion-I would have tried this had I known. Just coming out from under Covid now. The fatigue is the only thing that really sucked.

Take the whole bottle then. Don’t forget a fifth of bourbon too. Skip the milk. Pussy.

I caught covid a week ago and was limited to really about one 36 hour stretch where I truly felt terrible. Been on milk and benadryl since I had symptoms, along with Vit C, Vit D, forcing myself to get direct sunlight every day, l-lysine, zinc, and melatonin. Other than that 36 hour stretch it's been more annoying than anything, as it's hard to sleep with whatever this strain is.

Me, 6'3, early 40s, 230, in decent shape and excellent health.

Thought I was a big dude but damn... you're a mountain

During the worst of the stretch, I was taking ibuprofen pm and my miracle elixir, Alka Seltzer Plus Cold, citrus flavor, just to help with symptoms.

I went to the doctor Tuesday morning for a regular check up. By Tuesday evening I had a sore throat, fever of 101, headache and runny nose. I remember seeing something posted here about the combination of Benadryl and Milk, so I looked it up and I started taking it. I took two Benadryl tablets and a glass of milk every four hours and all symptoms were gone by Wednesday night. This is not a scientific study, but just thought I would post what happened and see if anyone else has tried this?

Click her for article on Benadryl and Milk.

Dr Malone says Pepcid is helpful and Dr McCullough says to use betadine nasal spray to clear the sinuses after being out and round people.

You're right, I don't. I'm a little thicker than him. I lift, do cardio and am outdoors being active moat of the time. But my body fat percentage isn't as low as that guys. I'm around 16% these days. Not the best, but not bad for someone my size.

did the same but used Fairlife milk. It definitely helped but I didnt' use it as religiously as you did .

2 pills every four hours is overkill and not safe.
