Voting for Paxton but I dont trust him at all. That should tell you how I feel about Cornyn.

The dicking around on your wife should be expected. The whole pay to play thing is amateur hour in how he did it, should have been done as gifts to his wife....so she keeps quiet.

Gave us two terms of the Sloth in Louisiana. Like Vitter, Paxton is the right guy for the job, he’s been a Rockstar as AG, but the middle aged women will 100% vote against him over his personal life.

Paxton is kinda like an Edwin Edwards. Like his execution of his political duties, but he is going to cross some lines for his personal interests.

Texas has been solid red for decades.
So for a Republican to get impeached by the Texas House is very telling.
his trial was the end of the Bush Dynasty in Texas
they could get him charged, but they couldn't get him convicted

I haven’t talked to a single person that’s voting for Cornyn. I don’t really talk politics with everyone I meet but no one in my circle is voting for that rat bastard.
It was like that here in Louisiana with Cassidy. Hopefully you will get the same results.

All in all...we as voters flat out suck.
It is sad when the best the USA can do is give us the likes of Joe Biden and Donald Trump.

I’m sure Cornyn thought it was a great idea to announce naming a highway after Trump last week.
That must mean he is a huge Trump supporter. 100% piece of shite self-serving money grubbing career politician. That’s just his good side.

So him cheating on his wife trumps everything for you when making a decision on who would best serve your interest in DC? That takes precedent over someone actively pushing for the save act vs someone who isn't?
Never said any of that.

Can you elaborate on etc. as well??
Or is this all you got??
Hes pay to play and everyones known it for a long time. Ignore that if you want, but it's true.

Paxton has about a 3-point lead in the latest polls.
Paxton underperformed his polling in the primary by about 6 points. Meaning there isn’t really a “silent Paxton voter” phenomenon.
FWIW, Talarico overperformed by about the same amount, winning comfortably in what was supposed to be a dead heat.
Dems turned out to vote more than Rs, by about 50K. (not accounting for a small number of party switching voters)

It’s a weird one because most people won’t vocalize in public that they want to vote for a piece of shite like Paxton but obviously a lot of people will once they get to the booths.
People are pretty damn vocal on X. I voted for Paxton before my 2nd cup of coffee this morning.

Howdy, great job laying out Paxton's GOP Hall of Fame background....checks all key boxes for holding office in Texas...definitely has my vote on the 26th. Gig'em.

I think so, and I think the status quo crowd are under estimating MAGA. I keep hearing ‘traditionally mid-terms blah blah blah’
MAGA seems to be fired up though. Add to that, we are deporting illegals and we are looking decent

Seems like he just escaped something like 34 felony convictions like Trump got.
Cornyn is a proven RINO of the worst sort.
