Yeah, I regret it. Not that I think it’s going to make me grow a tail or a horn out of my head; but that it’s fricking useless. I never had any COVID symptoms before and refused to wear a mask/didn’t stop going out into the public during the height of COVID. I generally did not change anything about my life in the slightest and never once had a symptom of Covid.

Only reason I got it was to go to LSU football games. Very disappointed and kind of embarrassed at myself for that decision but I hadn’t been to an LSU game since 2019 and it’s something that my entire family and friend group does.

My family doctor in the real world regrets advising people to take the jabs

My wife and I were among the first to get it. It was still safe then ( ) and hey, President Trump backed it. Plus, my wife was recovering from a stroke. That's the main reason we took it thinking if she got covid, she wouldn't survive. Took the second shot to complete the first round and none since because the truth came out. The first shot gave me one night of chills and night sweats. The second, nothing. I suspect the second shot was saline. Why? When I got the first shot, they gave me a date and time to show up for the second. I was working that day and asked for the day before or after. The answer was a firm NO. They would have the Maderna vaccine available that day and none the rest of the week. So, I took vacation. The day of I get a call 4 hours before the appointment. Says can't do it today to come tomorrow. I was pissed and told them I already took vacation that day and I'd have to take another day of vacation off if I came back the next day. She said she'd call me back. She did, and told me to come on it. I think those bastards didn't want to miss out on their money, and gave us saline. I kept getting bills for the shots (which were supposed to be free), for several months until they finally stopped. Money grubbing bastards.

I don’t spend significant time thinking about it. I did it in anticipation of issues with my employer, traveling, business meetings, etc.

Part of me wishes I hadn’t taken it solely for the above stated reasons, but it is what it is at this point. I won’t be shocked if their are long term complications.

Took the first two with no regrets. . I see the cumulative effects from multiple vaccines as the biggest issue.. I was also dealing with some serious unrelated health issues that my doctors wanted to help mitigate potential issues if had to fight the virus without antibodies. As it stands though… while going through this I’ve been tested around 15 times for Covid and never once tested positive or felt I had ever experienced Covid. Knock on wood but I like many just don’t contract it easily or it just doesn’t bind well in my system…
