A politician can tell hundreds of millions of voters that they hate 12-13% of the population and still be considered a serious potential presidential candidate.
And ironically, a significant portion of that 12-13% (especially males) are anti-woke. So I guess Newsom thinks they’re all self-loathing Clayton Bigsbys.

Woke has nothing to do about blacks but pre 1960’s would not be so bad for blacks as family structure were solid in comparison. Safety in neighborhoods was hugely better

What I'm hearing guvnor Gavvy say here is he's requesting all former Confederate states donate 1 million minimum blacks to the Golden State to validate his anti-woke views.
As an added bonus, CA will become the Blacken State (Golden just seems so anti-woke).
