Annual "what did I do wrong to get punished?" thread re: ACA

looks like my rates are going way up again. looks like 20-25%. the deductibles seem to have leveled off some. i may just go for the $700/month plan with the $1000 deductible and just REALLY abuse that plan so i finally get something out of this butt fricking of a policy
i still want to know what i did wrong to get punished so badly by this law for so many years. i did well in school, worked hard, went to college and law school. worked up to where i could start my own business. i do a lot of good for a lot of poor people through that job and i even do charity work. but the government decided that i should be punished. i still want a liberal-progressive poster to explain to me why people like me are the ones who suffer, after doing everything the way we're supposed to.

i think the older ones from 2010-2011 (when the then-resident liberals loved to call my rate increase reporting a lie) may be lost to time
i still want to know what i did wrong to get punished so badly by this law for so many years. i did well in school, worked hard, went to college and law school. worked up to where i could start my own business. i do a lot of good for a lot of poor people through that job and i even do charity work. but the government decided that i should be punished. i still want a liberal-progressive poster to explain to me why people like me are the ones who suffer, after doing everything the way we're supposed to.

I keep seeing people posting about rate increase. I'm on Medicare, the wife's on Obocare. BCBS has yet to notify her of any rate increases. I suppose the letter is coming soon?
